KONTRIBUSI PENERAPAN Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO. 9001:2008 TERHADAP KEPUASAN SISWA DALAM PEMBELAJARAN pada SMK di kabupaten PATI

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study was to determine the significance between the effects of student management, teacher in-class performance and quality of school culture on student satisfaction in learning at vocational school in the District of Pati, either partially or simultaneously.
This study took place at the State and private vocational school that implements Quality Management System ISO.9001: 2008 in Pati regency. This type of quantitative research using ex post facto approach to distributing the questionnaire, while the population in this study is the entire State or private vocational school students who apply the Quality Management System ISO.9001: 2008 in Pati regency, and the sample used as many as 150 students. Quota sampling technique using stratified random sampling, methods of data collection using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression, normality test, test multikollinearitas, heterokedastisitas test, t test (t.test), F test (F.test), R square test as well as donations predictors.
The results showed: (1) There is the influence of simultaneous delivery of student management, teacher in-class performance and quality of school culture on student satisfaction in the vocational learning that have implemented the Quality Management System. ISO. 9001:2008. It can be seen from the t count value = 14.053 and p = 0.000 and the value of R2 = 0.224, (2) There is significant influence but not between the management of student affairs to the satisfaction of students in learning. It can be seen from the t count value = 1.183 and p = 0.239. and 3.83% of the effective contribution and the relative contribution of 17.09%., (3) There is a significant influence in the classroom between teacher performance on student satisfaction in learning. It can be seen from the t count value = 2.813 and p = 0.006. , and 10.7% of effective contribution and 47.76% of  the relative contribution, (4) There is significant influence between the cultures of school quality on student satisfaction in the vocational learning that have implemented the Quality Management System. ISO. 9001:2008. It can be seen from the t count value = 2.225 and p = 0.028. and 7.92% of effective contribution and 35.35% of the relative contribution.
